ADD MAKERCARE FOR YOUR DEVICE
You have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to purchase a 1-, 2-, or 3-year MakerBot MakerCare Protection Plan.
REGISTER YOUR DEVICE
If you purchased MakerBot MakerCare, be sure to add your MakerBot MakerCare Protection Plan activation code to your MakerBot account. You will receive this code in a booklet that arrives by mail after purchasing your plan.
Customers who haven't purchased MakerBot MakerCare, and are beyond the free 60-day email support period, receive support on a pay-per-incident basis ($100 per incident).
